This post is referring to 2009 catalog which is not on sale any longer.
Kindly refer to the latest 2010 catalog. It has pricing there as well.
I usually get my customers’ order on Saturday once payment is received by Friday. I’ll then send on Saturday or Sunday. If payment is not received by Friday, I’ll carry forward the order for next following week.
